Pumpkins . . . Pumpkins . . . Pump kids
What gets my little one really excited is picking pumpkins from our garden. They were so easy to grow. I basically planted some dried pumpkin seeds last May, not really thinking they would sprout, and lo and behold . . . we had a whole garden full of them. Pumpkins need about 5 to 6 hours of sun a day, and moderate watering.
If you want to visit an already blossomed Pumpkin Patch this one in Santa Paula was really wonderful. It’s a bit of a drive up North but so lovely. The fruit we bought at the farm was all organic and delicious.
