Travel Health Essentials
Essential oils, homeopathic remedies, and supplements you should always have in your carry-on.
As we all take off for our summer vacations or even small trips throughout the year, it is important to take precaution to the potential harm of traveling on your body. Long flights and travel days at the airport can leave a lasting drain on your health and immune system if your body is not prepared for it.
Over the years I’ve touched upon my traveling essentials like these from traveling to Kenya a few years back. Essential oils, homeopathic remedies, and supplements now take up more baggage space for me than the latest fashionable sandal, but oh is it worth it!
There are a few ways to prevent travel fatigue and particularly a few products that are miracle workers for long flights. I rounded up the products I always bring with me for travel that keep me healthy and energized. Share your favorite travel remedies in the comments below.
OLIVE LEAF COMPLEX – This throat spray provides immune support for breathing in the recycled air on the plane. See here.
SILVER BIOTICS – Spray this around the area you are sitting on the plane and around your nose to support your immune system and prevent from getting sick. See here.
RNA ADVANCED CELLULAR DETOXIFICATION – This spray works immediately to detoxify blood cells, release radiation and balance the pH levels in the body. See here.
PH ADJUST – This helps increase pH levels in the body and balances your system. See here.
You can also drink one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of water.
ACTIVATED CHARCOAL – Always take charcoal on trips in case you eat or drink something that isn’t all that clean. See here.
INOSITOL POWDER – This supplement balances your hormones and relaxes your nervous system after travel. See here.
Hi Shiva,
These are awesome recommendations. I have 3 of the above some of them are different brands. I use Natura’s Health Products Throat & Gland Spray that has propolis and has stopped many infections dead in its tracks. I use it in combination with Healthmax Silver sol 30 which I take internally. I also have the PH adjust. I haven’t traveled with them but will consider it in the future. However, I don’t leave home without probiotics. I recommend ones with soil based organisms. And of course, thieves oil that my local herbalist makes for me to survive during the winter. I put this on a diffuser bracelet & also wear like perfume while on the plane. I’ve gotten into Nascent Iodine lately so I think that might be something that I would add to the travel supplement list. I am interested in learning more about the ACZ Nano and the Inositol Powder. As always, I can count on reading and learning the most informative information on your blog….LOVE IT!!!
Laurie

I love taking a lavender essential oil spray with me on the plane for a calming effect. And seat mates always compliment the scent and ask for a spritz as well! Will definitely be trying some of your suggestions. Especially the SilverBiotics and Olive Leaf complex. Thank you for sharing!
