Love Picks for the Month of Love

February is the month of love and though we are loving out of it I still think we should celebrate the magic of love every day.
If you are with your beloved then it can be a moment to celebrate that connection, or if you are solo then it can be a moment to connect with source within yourself through your own sexuality and self-love.

For me, spending time on my own, and nurturing the energy that runs from my heart to the other chakras is sacred time. Learning to soften, and be in the feminine is about learning how to truly feel pleasure. Pleasure can be a gateway towards healing many wounds. Pleasure can be the beginning of a journey with that deepest part of your soul that may have been shamed or cut off as a child. I have spoken in the past of the Jade Egg practice, and though it has created a lot of controversies, I still stand by this  ancient and healing practice.
