Zenbunni in Topanga
The Pacific Palisades Farmer’s Market has a growing array of organic produce and most importantly they carry Dave’s Gourmet Korean food that is so addictive and delicious. Dave has created tempeh that is soy and wheat free from black beans. The Lotus root salad (great for women’s hormones), daikon, pickled cucumber, veggie broth, noodles, jars of plum and ginger teas, the list goes on and on. As one great vegan site put it “this is vegan crack”!!

Zenbunni raw chocolatier based in Topanga is made in the old ‘shamanic’ way which is raw, pure and organic.  Their chocolate is actually full of anti oxidants and minerals. Not only is the packaging creative and original, but the husband and wife team are also unique and truly from fairy world. Their new web site is up and truly a special one. If nothing else wander into their world and see the magic

You can get more information on their facebook page as well. They also hand craft an owl cuff in their spare time. True artisans creating in the mountains!

Maison Giraud

French chef Alain Giraud has opened up a real French bakery and bistro in the Palisades. Once in a while a fresh baked, flaky croissant hits the spot! Maison Giraud also serves real French onion soup and classic farmers market salads. Viva La Croissants!
