I recently created a new body butter called golden sol due to a deeper connection with the masculine influence in my life. The sun represents the masculine forces as the moon represents the feminine. Together they keep our universe in balance and harmony. As a society, we have lost our deeper reverence for the sun and moon energies. As we should, we see more and more rituals gathering the moons energy, yet we should also have some for the sun. One way to sync your body to the rhythms of the universe, is to bathe once in a while in full moonlight, and sunlight. Studies show women can sync up their fertility when laying under these celestial lights.

With the winter sun being gentle right now, I have been laying nude for a few minutes to gather the sun on my yoni. I know I may be late on this ritual, but better late than never. The Taoist started a practice of ‘drinking in the sunlight through the yoni’. I’ve been laying under the majesty of the king sun in the privacy of my garden for 20 min a day.

Taking in vitamin d through the rays of the sun has a multitude of benefits. I started this practice to get my weakened immune system stronger, but it’s also excellent for:
Urinary tract infections
STDs
Hormonal imbalances
Infertility
Exposing the darkest corner to ultimate lite can be transcending.
Staying juicy
Raising libido
Balancing ph

While laying in a birthing position under the solar rays, imagine taking in the life force and vitality of the masculine realms of light. There are some lovely yoni oils that you can also complete the ritual with. I like my dear friend Nadine Artemis’ yoni oil from living libations. You can also make a delicious one using almond oil, sunflower seed oil, natural edible vanilla seed.
