Celine Taste . . . yet Zara Budget
You can accomplish a lot with a little imagination and a lot of determination. I have been coveting most of Phoebe Philo’s incredible line but I don’t have the means to spend several thousand dollars on an outfit. Most fashionable ladies I know have a secret Zara fixation which quenches their retail thirst. Yes much of it may be too mainstream but once in a while one can find a real gem. The quality is not as cheap as one would think, and the lines may not be exactly Celine but a nice variation on the theme.
