Two beautiful roses that you may have met here before Baelyn Elspeth and Taylor EyeWalker have united their powerful, divine forces to host a yoga retreat in the magical land of Bali. Uncoiling the Divine Feminine, The Luminous Women Retreat will be a peaceful, nurturing, sensuous, return to celebrating the feminine. It will include sacred tea ceremonies by Baeyln and Kundalini yoga with Taylor, all centering around the concept of achieving a state of  luminous beauty, which as we all know comes from within. This quote gives you a sense of what they will be unearthing:

“As the sun sets we will uncover a deeper layer of our connection to the divine. Our bodies are vessels, the midpoint between heaven and earth. Through sound and movement we can experience this, awakening our intuition and having a deeper realization of SELF and spirit. Ritual ceremonies include: drumming, movement, song, yogic beauty secrets.”

Lately with all the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, I have realized how vital it is to carve out time for internal inquiries. To be able to be creative, inspired, of service, loving, generous, and vital we must start nurturing our spirits. Sometimes to be able to travel someplace will make this imperative. If finances are an issue, then create your own mini-retreat in your home. I try to set aside at least 45 minutes a day to tune in somehow. This can be a walk in the hills with my new pup Luna, a bath with bath salts and oil, or a Kundalini meditation. Yes with children in the home it can be quite a challenge, but I find I am a better mama after a moment with my spirit.

    hi Baelyn,
This looks so beautiful. I hope to be in a sweat ceremony with you again.
    blessings! heather

  4. With a fiancee at home depending on you to find his socks all the time i already feel like it is hard to concentrate on yourself, imagine with kids!
What i do is take the time to breath properly and ease my mind when i’m in the shower, in bed right before going to sleep or also in bed when i wake up in the morning. 5 minutes is enough and it is really good for my daily life.

  5. Very nice article. I absolutely appreciate this site.
    Keep writing!
