Aloe and Wolf = Siena Vintage
My most favorite past time is hunting for vintage treasures in new places. Now with globalization you can pretty much guarantee that every city will have the usual stores that we can find here, so vintage stores are truly where you can find authentic pieces that are original to that area. This little vintage store is next to the gorgeous restaurant La Loggia. The store has a great array of finds mostly from the sixties and seventies though I did find an embroidered dress circa 1930’s.
At Aloe & Wolf my daughter Colette scored an authentic sailor shirt from the 1940’s and an authentic Italian straw hat. Her vibe is reminiscent of a Bertolucci or De Sica film. I was in heaven!
