Raw Caco and Maca Cloud ~ Free + Native
Lacy Phillips is a busy beauty creating healthy, nutritious, organic treats and goodies on her blog Free + Native. Here is her delicious version of a maca smoothie. I was thinking of it as a warm holiday drink, but as Lacy mentioned that would take away the raw nutritional value. I like to have some sort of maca smoothie either in the morning or as an afternoon pick me up. This is the perfect recipe for one!
RECIPE |
Raw Cacao + Maca Cloud
1 c raw sprouted almond milk
1 banana
1 tbls chia seeds
1 tbls maca
1 tbls cacao
1 tbls vanilla extract
1 tbls coconut oil
dash of cinnamon
5 drops of stevia
4 ice cubes
PROCESS |
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender for two minutes. Top with crushed cacao nibs.
